Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our technicians inspect the hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
